• The hair you will need to bring is in the description of the style you choose

• PLEASE NOTE, if you book the day you have an event, keep in mind your hair can take an additional time depending on thickness, texture, etc., I take pride in my work and I will not rush my work .

• Please schedule a virtual consultation ahead of time if you are questionable whether of not your hair is able to be braided.

• $25 non-refundable deposit ( goes towards your service fee) is required through the website to secure your appointment . The remaining balance of your hair should be paid cash, zelle, Apple Pay, or cash app. 

• You must manually cancel your appointment via the scheduling link 72 hours in advance in order for your deposit to be used for a future appointment . if you cancel your appointment less than 72hours before your appointment , you will have to pay a new deposit in order to book again.

• To cancel or reschedule your appointment , you have to go back to your confirmation email.

• Arrive with your hair washed, and properly blown out from the root to the end for a better outcome .

• Don't use any oil in your hair the day of your appointment . 

• 30 min late = Appointment cancelled
